Utilizing a true "roll-up our sleeves" approach, our consultants partner with the customer following a proven phased deployment methodology. Key to our approach is the regular delivery of system operability and recognizable value return to the customer every 3-4 months.
Recognizing the importance of effectively delivering solutions to individual areas within this cycle, we have the ability to competently enter a project implementation at each or any phase in the process. Collectively these phases define the system's deployment life cycle.
